Psychotherapy and Coaching in English

Hello and welcome!

We all have problems that we contend with, changes that we desire to make and new things and experiences to explore.

Seeking support should not be frowned upon, neither should it cause you any dread. It is a sign that you haven’t given up on you. A message that you don’t want to give up on you. A resolve that you want better and different.

My systemic family therapy approach gives you that support.

My name is Paul…

…A father and a husband. My experience with theology and psychotherapy has enabled me to understand and empathise with people. I have learned to embrace different kinds of people so that their story becomes the focus of our session. As a psychotherapist in training under supervision, my Systemic training can support you in your attempt to do therapy.

Healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed;

it means the damage no longer controls us

Psychotherapy Method

There are very few people that have asked me about my method of therapy in my experience with clients. Most people are only interested in knowing if the therapist has the required proficiency. They want to know whether the therapist has the expertise that are needed to help them to get to or achieve what they want out of the therapy process. Well, my telling you about my psychotherapy method is, in a way, telling you how we can collaboratively work during that process.

You can’t effect the cards that you are dealt,

but you can determine how you play them.
